Objectives & outputs Due to the complexity of the programme, the outputs are presented first at the regional level and then at generic/national/demonstration site level. A clearly defined programme objective and detailed outputs will ensure the programme is accountable for achieving its goal.
Development goal: The conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity in the wetlands of the Lower Mekong Basin.
Programme purpose: Strengthened capacity at regional, national and local levels for wetland biodiversity conservation and sustainable use in the Lower Mekong Basin.
